We have a vacancy in our HR Department for a Talent Manager reporting directly to RSC (Restaurant Support Centre) HR Business Partner. The role will support the Business with the delivery of all talent strategic deliverables across the RSC, while managing the execution of talent and sourcing strategies, both current and future using data and insights. This includes strategic sourcing, onboarding, employee experience and offboarding to deliver on the RSC people capability strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing and Insights – 30%
- Build talent pipelines to source candidates for today and tomorrow through talent mapping and relationship building
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and meaningful engagement on behalf of the RSC and KFC brand
- Understand and drive sourcing aligned with shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities
- Compile key sourcing, hiring & market data (including ad hoc requests) to help educate business leaders, drive sourcing strategy and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions
Talent Acquisition Strategy – 40%
- Place the best person for every role, on time and at the right cost
- Administer all recruitment, onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Manage agency and third party spend, prudently
- Lead problem solving for business leaders on key metrics, ie. Quality of hire, time to fill, turnover and best talent pools
- Provide timeous reporting on agreed upon metrics, forecasting and associated costs
Strategic HR delivery – 30%
- Implement specific project activities as determined through the HR planning process and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives to drive culture
- Report on key people drivers, proactively highlight key trends, risks and formulate action plans
- Create meaningful insights from HR data

- Contribute insights in defining and bringing to life the employee value proposition
- Link all sourcing efforts to our EVP and publicly advocate for the employer brand

Qualifications:
- Post-graduate qualification in related field
Experience:
- 5 plus years in a business environment
- Industry specific knowledge advantageous
- Highly skilled in interview techniques such as (STAR, behavioral and funnel)
- Must have a strong commercial savvy
- Must be able to multi-task projects
- Must be able to produce reports on recruitment metrics
