Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE
To provide front-desk service and support to the customers & visitors
MAIN OUTPUTS
- Perform front of house operational services including receiving calls, taking messages, making calls on behalf of employees
- Provide reception service including receiving visitors and directing them to endorsed appointments
- Responsible for booking boardrooms and parking
- Taking minutes during official meetings, typing, and circulating them
- Receiving and capturing building audit sheets data and filing
- Ordering, processing & delivering required stationary for all employees
- Receiving and sorting post, and contacting recipient employees for collection
- Regular communication with employees via email regarding office management issues
- Provide administrative functions/support to various business sections
- Assist with administration for project works and special tasks
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The Applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Certificate in Receptionist/Administration/Secretarial
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Valid SA Drivers License
- 6 months relevant experience in switchboard operation and/or secretarial capacity
- Administration/Reception/Switchboard training ideally in a customer-orientated environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook
