Payroll Clerk
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor
A vacancy exists for a Payroll Clerk stationed at our Westville Branch The position will report to the Payroll Supervisor. The aim of a payroll clerk is to ensure that payroll input to Head Office is accurate at all times, to facilitate all Payroll reporting and to conduct administrative tasks in Payroll.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric, post matric qualification an added advantage.
2 years’ experience within payroll.
Previous experience with SAP essential.
Proficient in MS Office.
Data capturing.
Must be a team player and willing to work extended hours.
Casual Cashier – Riverside – Nelspruit
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
To update all time-recording documents.
To collate all earnings and deductions information.
To check payslips versus input.
To compile monthly reports and statistics from payroll.
Ensure that all staff are appointed to the Provident Fund.
Assist staff with pay queries.
Knowledge of UIF procedures.
