• Inspect and maintain firefighting and rescue equipment.
• Conduct public safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with operational standards.

• 5 years of experience as a Senior Firefighter.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to firefighters.
• Drive and operate fire apparatus safely and efficiently.
• Monitor adherence to council policies, attendance, and shift allocation.
• Conduct equipment and vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards.
• Report operational deviations and equipment needs to the Station Officer.
• Conduct preventative inspections and maintain firefighting assets.
