As a Senior Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inbound, inventory, and outbound operations within our distribution center. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient processes, contributing significantly to the success of our operations.

Education:

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution center.

Skills:

• Proficiency in advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), High Jump, Bomm, and camera systems.
• Ability to work various shift patterns.

• Experience in retail or warehouse settings.
• Proven staff management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Ensure sufficient picking staff and appropriate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) availability.
• Oversee the efficient and timely completion of picking and administrative tasks.
• Report on shift attendance and performance metrics.
• Manage stock, receiving, replenishment, reverse logistics, and Chep pallets.
• Assume full responsibility during night shifts as scheduled.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Supervise staff and managers.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide necessary training.
• Facilitate management upskilling and succession planning.
• Liaise with Resolve Planning and Transporters.
• Control and manage recycling processes.
