Position Overview:

Boxer Superstores is in search of a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Commercial Finance & Administration Manager. This pivotal position requires a candidate with a C.A or BCom Finance qualification and 3-7 years of post-qualification experience, with a non-negotiable requirement for FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry experience. In this role, you will oversee various facets of the Commercial, Financial, and Administration processes, including providing support to the Group Executive for Commercial and Marketing in the day-to-day management of diverse teams.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications and Experience:

  • C.A or BCom Finance qualification.
  • 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Essential previous experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in mathematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Management of ALL areas relating to Sales & Gross Profit:

  • Develop and oversee Sales & Gross Profit budgets.
  • Lead participations and rebates processes.
  • Monitor and manage growth hurdles process.
  • Monitor and project additional income.
  • Analyze sales trends and offer insights.
  • Conduct forecasting for sales and gross profit.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Management of ALL areas relating to Administration:

  • Control costs and selling price process to align with financial objectives.
  • Monitor and manage trading term process of suppliers.
  • Supervise collections processes to ensure efficient collection and governance.
  • Coordinate promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and auditing requirements.
