Salary: R444,036 per annum (Level 09)
Location: Pretoria
Requirements:
- A three-year degree or National Diploma in Film Production, Videography, or a related field recognized by SAQA.
- Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory role within the media production industry.
- Proficiency in video production, skilled in using editing software like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced skills in animation and graphic design using After Effects, Cinema4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge and practical skills in live streaming and managing content across various digital platforms.
Duties:
- Lead the production of high-quality videos that effectively communicate the government’s messages across traditional broadcasting and digital platforms.
- Utilize advanced editing techniques to craft dynamic videos and animations.
- Oversee and perform camera operations, ensuring technical precision.
- Manage the storage and archiving of video footage.
- Provide technical support for live streaming events.
- Supervise and lead a team of videographers and other media professionals.

Salary: R308,154 per annum (Level 07) plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Location: Pretoria
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 and possession of a National Diploma in Media Studies, Videography, or related field recognized by SAQA.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the field.
- Demonstrated skills in video production and strong editing abilities.
- Proficiency in animation using After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A solid understanding of modern digital media platforms and video production technical aspects.
Duties:
- Create compelling video content meeting governmental communication standards.
- Operate professional video cameras and manage technical setups for shoots.
- Assist in live streaming of events and manage broadcasting technical aspects.
- Efficiently archive all produced footage with appropriate metadata.
- Work closely with other team members to support various projects.
- Handle basic administrative duties related to video production tasks.
